Product specifications, dimensions, finishes, measurements, availability and other characteristics may vary depending on the specific product and confirmed quotation.
Customers should rely on the specifications stated in the applicable quotation, sales order, invoice or other confirmed ZEKA documentation.

ZEKA Wire Products reserves the right to correct obvious clerical, typographical or calculation errors before completing a transaction.
Orders are subject to the payment terms communicated by ZEKA Wire Products.
Where payment is required before production, dispatch or collection, ZEKA is not required to proceed until the required payment has been received and confirmed.
Customers should only make payments through officially authorised ZEKA Wire Products payment channels.

A confirmed custom order may enter production immediately and may not be cancellable once production has commenced.
Certain steel, wire, fencing and construction products may be subject to reasonable manufacturing and industry tolerances.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the normal use or function of a product will not automatically constitute a defect.
Customers collecting products are responsible for arranging suitable transport.
The customer or authorised representative should confirm the products, quantities and condition at the time of collection.
The customer is also responsible for ensuring that collected products are safely loaded, transported and secured.

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, any stated delivery date or time is an estimate.
ZEKA Wire Products will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including:
Risk in the products may pass to the customer upon collection or delivery, depending on the agreed fulfilment arrangement.
Any separate invoice, sales agreement or payment arrangement regarding ownership of the products will apply.
Unless ZEKA Wire Products has specifically agreed to provide installation or construction services, the supply of products does not include installation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for the intended project and are installed by competent persons.
Where ZEKA separately undertakes fencing, installation or construction works, additional project-specific terms may apply.
Returns and refunds are governed by the ZEKA Wire Products Refund and Returns Policy.
ZEKA Wire Products aims to keep product, pricing and website information accurate and current.
However, product descriptions, images, availability and prices may change.
The final quotation, sales order or invoice should be used to confirm the customer’s actual order.
ZEKA Wire Products’ logos, branding, photographs, catalogues, product materials, website content, designs and other proprietary materials may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior authorisation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Kenyan law.
